Appointments are filling fast for the rest of the year as well as for the new year. I recommend booking one early, especially for those clients who are after a large service such as a chemical straightening, a balayage colour and so on.

Shin's hairdressing is a sole operation. All appointments are booked via email only to give full focus to the clients with an appointment on hand.
Shin prefers to have a consultation with new clients who are after a large chemical hair-do, such as permanent straightenings, perms and drastic colour changes as these services are subject to hair condition. It is free to book a consultation(15mins) and is always better for both you and the hairdresser to see and discuss ideas before the actual appointment if you are not sure about your hair condition for the required service.
Usually, Shin will be in touch within 24hours after receiving your email unless he is away.
Payments: Eftpos, Bank Transfer and cash. Credit card payments incur 1.6%, and Contactless Debit(Paywave) payments do 0.7% of the transaction fee.
Booking
Service Guarantee: Shin would like to make sure that you are satisfied with your experience with him. If you are not satisfied, please let him know within 7days after your service has been performed. He will get back to you to discuss what is the best way to solve the problem and schedule a re-do session.
Any redo requests made after 7days from the original service date may be approved under his discretion.
Cancellation policy:
Cancellation Fee
Estimated service charge: Under $100 48hrs notice none 24hrs notice $20
In $100 -199 range 48hrs $30 24hrs $60
In $200 -299 range 48hrs $45 24hrs $90
$300 and over 48hrs $60 24hrs $120
Cancellations noticed within 48hrs will incur a cancellation fee. No immediate payment will be required for the cancellation of a booking. However, if you still wish to book in with Shin in future, then the cancellation fee will be added to the payment you make in your next appointment.
Rescheduling: The same amount of fee as cancellations will be applied for rescheduling noticed less than 48hrs before the booking.
Unforeseen circumstances will be considered.
